Nationwide Medical Interpreter Services

Qualified medical interpreters for healthcare organizations across all 50 states, with certification and facility requirements verified when needed.

Metro Language supports healthcare communication across all 50 states through qualified medical interpreters and, when required, nationally certified professionals. Hospitals, clinics, health plans and other healthcare organizations can use phone, video and coordinated in-person interpretation through one nationwide workflow.

Nationwide healthcare assignments may include registration, informed-consent discussions, examinations, care planning, discharge instructions, rehabilitation, behavioral health, pharmacy counseling, home health and follow-up care. We confirm the requested language, delivery mode, medical setting and credential requirements before assignment.

Nationwide medical language access: 24/7 over-the-phone interpretation, video remote interpretation and scheduled in-person interpreting. Requests for CCHI, NBCMI, ASL or other credentials, vaccination records, drug screening, HIPAA training or facility-specific onboarding are verified before scheduling.

Metro Language supports hospitals, clinics, physician practices, rehabilitation providers, behavioral-health teams, insurers, home-care organizations and public-health programs throughout the United States.

Are all medical interpreters certified?

No. Certification is language- and credential-specific. We verify CCHI, NBCMI, ASL or other requested credentials before confirming an assignment that requires them.

Do interpreters receive HIPAA training?

HIPAA awareness is required for Metro Language healthcare assignments, with any additional facility requirements confirmed during onboarding.

Can you support urgent needs?

OPI and VRI may provide faster remote access. In-person availability depends on the language, credentials, location and notice provided.
